Refund and Cancellation
While purchasing goods from us , you acknowledge and agree that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party.
PLEASE NOTE
We do not provide refund on any goods sold. WE STRICTLY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
However,
Goods once sold can only be exchanged in the following conditions:
-If there is any major difference in the size.
-if there is any major defect in the item.
Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:
(a)We may accept returns for account credit only, in the form of a voucher. For the same, we must receive the items within 4 days from the delivery date. In case of any return/store-credit or alteration, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
(b) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
(c) Items should be unused, unwashed and undamaged by the customer. Any used/worn product will not be exchanged/returned.
(d) In case of any minor size issue or any other minor defect (like pulled off tassels/buttons etc.), return or exchange will not be accepted as we are not responsible for the damaged caused by goods in transit.
(e) There is no exchange for an item purchased during sale or at a discounted price.
PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you opt for store credit and purchase the new product separately to avoid any difference in the prices.
Please follow the instructions below for exchange of an item:
• Drop us a mail at dash dash with the details of the product you want to exchange and the product you want to buy or if you want to opt for store credit. We will revert back in 24 hours on this.
• Any product that needs to be exchanged must be shipped back to us in a proper packaging within 4 days from the date of delivery on the following address:

• Once we receive the product, we will provide you with a store credit or the exchange within 24 hours after a thorough check of the product.
• The store credit voucher will be applicable only on one purchase, irrespective of the amount. This credit amount cannot be used in two orders/transactions separately.
• All exchanges will only be valid once per order only.
